Naturopathic Consultation

Naturopathic medicine and functional diagnostics hone in on the connections between body systems and the interplay between mind and body. Using safe, effective, and natural modalities including nutrition, lifestyle modification, supplementation, and acupuncture, naturopathic medicine encourages the body to heal itself.

Dr. Cassie Irwin, ND, BA (Hons)

I believe that it’s our responsibility to honour the body as the vessel that carries us through life. It’s with us in every experience; filling our senses as we perceive our environment, connecting with the ones we love, and relishing the highs while navigating the lows.

The body transforms and generates energy to fuel our mission in life. Its wisdom gives us signs when there’s danger, gut feelings about what decision to make, and symptoms when it needs attention.

When the body talks, we should listen.

Challenged by fake food, a toxic environment, and endless stressors, the body tells us when it’s not operating as it was meant to. In a state of dis-ease, dis-harmony and dis-illusion of the body and mind, we develop symptoms that make us feel out of touch with who we truly are.

When we align with the body and tap into its built-in healing mechanisms, then we can embody life with greater depth, connection, and purpose.

While working with patients one-on-one, my primary role is to foster greater awareness of and connection with your experience, while addressing obstacles to activating the body’s healing response.

My approach is science-meets-energy, as I integrate my training in naturopathic medicine, functional medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, facial rejuvenation acupuncture, homeopathy, botanical medicine, holistic counselling, and Bowen therapy.

I get to know you as a person so that we can identify your goals, areas of opportunity and obstacles to healing, and together create a wellbeing plan that fills your cup.

Outside of practice, I enjoy cooking deliciously flavourful meals, hiking with my loud-mouthed beagle Mabel, and sunrise paddleboarding in the warmer weather.
